Holiday Herbed Cheese, Peach & Olive Bites

Yield: 15 appetizer pieces

1 (15 Ct) pkg frozen mini fillo shells

2 (4-oz) pkg garlic and herb goat cheese (or substitute whipped cream cheese with chives)

1/4 cup peach preserves

15 green olives stuffed with pimento, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove fillo shells from outer carton and inner tray. Place shells on a baking sheet. Bake 3 – 5 minutes. Allow shells to cool before filling.

Fill shells with divided goat cheese. Top each with divided peach preserves and a green olive.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
